Raspberry-pistachio cupcake

A delicate cream frosting top, with a beautiful pistachio flavour covers this white cupcake, which hides the essence of warm summer days in its centre — being filled with a jam made of ripe and juicy raspberries.

The cream combines Philadelphia cheese with pistachio paste. As these cupcakes are specially designed to accentuate the rich berry filling, they can be ordered only with the original design, without the sugar paste decorations.

 

The ingredients of the vanilla cake are: cream, butter, eggs, flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder. The filling consists of the raspberry jam, made with raspberry puree, sugar and gelatin. The cream-frosting top is made using Philadelphia cream cheese, butter, icing sugar and pistachio paste.
