Cottage cheese cake with lingonberries

We wanted to expand our range of desserts with something simple and cozy. So we created this homemade cottage cheese cake with lingonberries, sitting on a base of shortcrust pastry. You can find it in our café on most Fridays, but if you don’t want to wait, you can always order it in one of two sizes: 800g and 18cm in diameter, or 1.3kg and 28cm in diameter.


Ingredients: eggs, sugar, flour, butter, honey, cottage cheese, lingonberries.

Allergens: wheat flour, dairy products, eggs.
